ScopeIQ holds your payment in escrow between acceptance and QA sign-off. Vendors get paid same-day once the work passes inspection — never before.
Submit a turn request with your property address, service type, and any photos. ScopeIQ's AI scopes the job and generates a price — typically 30–40% below market rate.
Once your estimate is ready, you'll see an "Accept & Pay" button on your job card. Clicking it opens a secure Stripe checkout showing two line items: your job price, and a 5% ScopeIQ Protection Fee — which covers managed dispatch, QA inspection, and guaranteed payout handling. Funds are held in escrow until QA sign-off.
ScopeIQ routes the job to a vetted vendor, confirms the schedule, and monitors progress. You get SMS updates at key milestones — crew dispatched, on-site, and complete.
After the vendor marks the job complete, ScopeIQ performs a quality review — photo documentation, checklist sign-off, and any punchlist items resolved before payout is triggered.
Once QA passes, ScopeIQ releases the escrow. 90% goes to the vendor via Stripe Connect (same-day ACH), and ScopeIQ retains 10% as the platform fee. You receive a receipt and the job closes.
